Abstract:

SLAVERY in Indian subcontinent, a function of different variables from religion to social and legal system, led to a dynamic system relevant to Indian socio- political environment. The main objective of this article is to redefine SLAVERY in terms of DOMESTIC SLAVERY which has been paid less attention in the social history of SLAVERY in Islamic studies.Based on Allahabad documents, the study reveals that dispersed forms of SLAVERY system in India in late Timurid time eventually got shaped within the frame of DOMESTIC SLAVERY followed by “Constant Kinship SLAVERY”. In this system SLAVERY is considered as the reflection of “property” and “possession” process. In addition, an extra attempt has been taken to conceptually unfold some sophisticated terms and metaphors within the documents to introduce new prospects as well as fresh fields in research. Some illustrations of such terms would be mentioned as: slave- in- contract, slave- in- sell, slave- in- gift, slave- in- debt, slave- in- marriage and so on. The findings also made us to face with some categories so- called SLAVERY Intention and Commercial and Noncommercial DOMESTIC SLAVERY.In this research the matter of date, from late Timurid India in late 18th century to the first half of 19th century, under the British ruling, is carefully observed. It has to be emphasized that in this research the jurisprudential and legal aspects of Islamic SLAVERY is out of concern.

Abstract:

Introduction According to deconstructive genealogical hypotheses, the transformation of concepts is not only the result of development of science in the fields of knowledge such as psychology and social science, but also indicates that such a development is the result of historical and common events occurring in the course of transformation. On the basis of this presupposition, the main aim of this study is to explain events, developments and processes that form the concept of elite student and deconstruct the concept in order to explain the marginalized possibilities in students’ life in educational system in the contemporary period in Iran. Method The method in this research is genealogy. In genealogy, the objective is to discern how a problem or a fact came about in history. Results It is concluded that the background factors and power relations play a role in the evolution of the concepts in both Shahab and Sampad plans. and the most important discursive formations in this period of time are Shahab and Sampad plans in the contemporary Iran. Discussion The first impression that the analysis of genealogy of an elite student gives us is the macro layers that fill the gaps between two formations. The most important factor is the deconstruction of “intelligence” and addition of the sociological concepts to elite students’ training. To this effect a diversity can be noted in social arenas and different dimensions of giftedness in its current formation i. e. Shahab plan. Although more important matter in accordance to genealogy is the analysis of genealogy-based matters on non-discursive factors, which indicates that the revolution is not only not the result of development of science in fields of knowledge such as psychology and social science, but it also indicates that such an improvement is the result of historical and common events which have occurred in the middle of the path of improvement. Some significant and obvious events which can be mentioned here are brain drain, economic crisis in Iran, change of economic concepts, the inappropriate population density of special instructions for elite students and the reduction of the population of students.

Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the scientific output of developing countries in food security and examine its relationship with patents and Gross DOMESTIC Product (GDP).Methodology: This applied research utilized the Scientometric approach. A total of 8,416 papers published between 1992-2023 in the field of food security by developing countries were included in the study using citation databases from Clarivate Analytics. Additionally, patent registrations from the WIPO database and GDP data from the World Bank were analyzed. Information was collected through note-taking, and the data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient.Findings: The findings reveal an upward trend in the publication and citation of scientific outputs related to food security in developing countries. China has higher numbers of papers, patents, GDP, and food production index compared to Iran, Japan, and South Korea. There is also a positive correlation observed between population and the number of papers, gross production and the number of papers, food production and the number of published papers, as well as the number of patents and papers citing scientific outputs of countries. Conclusion: These results highlight the significant relationship between increasing scientific output, GDP, the number of patents, and food security. Greater emphasis on food security contributes to enhanced scientific output, GDP, and innovation. Similarly, increasing scientific output, GDP, and innovation positively impact food security in countries.Value: This study emphasizes the importance of scientific outputs in driving technological advancements, innovations, and ultimately, ensuring food security in developing countries.

Abstract:

Has conducted the oldest research on the status of women in the Sassanid era, Christian Bartholome in the Woman's Book on Sasanian Law. He believes that in the Sassanian Empire, according to the customary rules, the old woman had no legal personality. That is, the woman was not supposed to be, but was considered an object. Other writers and scholars who post Bartholomee on the state of women in the Sassanid period, such as Arthur Kristen Sen and Touraj Marian, repeat his remarks. It seems that what so far The "state of women in the Sassanid era" by most researchers is due to their misinterpretation of resources. Because of the three rules or issues related to women in the Sassanid period, these scholars have suggested that these three principles are as follows: 1. Not marrying or marrying a borrowed one. 2. The issue of dashtan or women's menstruation. 3. Women obedience and obedience to Your husband It is shown in this paper that the marriage of a borrower is the fatwa of some salarians of the Sassanid era, not the general law. In the case of the restrictions on Dashtan, it should also be stated that the Sassanid priests of religious ordinances have imposed many restrictions and stiffences not only on women but also on men In a lot of today's countries, women are obliged to abusive their husbands and this does not mean woman's SLAVERY.

Abstract:

Child sexual SLAVERY constitutes one of the most severe forms of human rights violations and transnational organized crimes, which have been specifically addressed by the international human rights system and international criminal law instruments, particularly the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and its supplementary Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children. This article, using a descriptive-analytical approach, examines the legal dimensions of child sexual SLAVERY within the international legal system and evaluates the effectiveness of the Palermo Convention's mechanisms in prevention, prosecution, and victim protection. The findings of this study indicate that the Palermo Convention, through its tripartite approach of prevention, protection, and punishment, provides a broad legal framework for international cooperation in combating child trafficking for sexual exploitation. However, challenges such as the weak enforcement of state obligations, lack of coherence between DOMESTIC and international legal systems, and issues related to victim identification and support have hindered the full realization of the Convention's objectives.

Abstract:

When Islam emerged, it faced a world in which SLAVERY was a fundamental institution in society. This study seeks to extract the approach and interaction of Islam to the issue of SLAVERY from trustworthy texts that have the highest degree of authority. And with this motive, she tries to study this issue in the Qur'an. The findings of the article show that the Qur'an has a negative view of the SLAVERY system and has come up with a unique way to overthrow it. On the one hand, it has tried to liberate slaves from within and instill in them confidence and dignity, and on the other hand, it has painted a vision of "freedom" for slaves. The Qur'an has acted gradually to achieve the goal of freeing slaves. The Qur'an obliges slaveholders to free slaves if conditions allow, and on the other hand, issues moral instructions for better interaction with slaves. Finally, the Qur'an has tried to gradually eliminate the conditions that lead to SLAVERY.

Abstract:

The affirmation of autonomy of the semantic component of discourse leads us to articulate this component according to three hierarchal semantic levels: figurative, thematic and axiological. The first two levels impose one to another, since the figurative releases from the perception; the thematic is described by its conceptual aspect. As for the axiological level, one can consider that any semantic category might be valorized according to the category euphoria / disphoria. This paper, based on the theory of narrativity of Greimas, analyzes first, the SLAVERY thematic in "Fort comme la mort" of Maupassant and shows how this figurativization of this thematic, presented in the profound level of discourse, is fulfilled in discursive level. Then, this analysis will lead us to show the euphoric axiology of the SLAVERY of novel hero.
